Warradjan (Carettochelys insculpta) is a fresh water turtle that is native to the Northern Territory of Australia and New Guinea. It lives in rivers and billabongs and is hunted by local aboriginal people. Warradjan has flippers that make it look like a sea turtle and a slightly elongated snout which allows it to breath while keeping its body under the water.
